By accessing and using BookDB, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BookDB provides users with tools to organize and track their reading lists, book series, and reading progress. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the service.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
